We work hard to help our clients during the process of marketing and selling and we make the following specific service commitments:

  • Before a property launches for sale all members of the sales team will have visited it. We find this investment of time helps us deal with enquiries efficiently, plus our clients have met everybody who is working for them face-to-face.
  • We staff our office seven days a week and until 7:00 pm on weekdays.
  • If a buyer makes an online enquiry about a property during working hours we aim to respond to that lead within an hour.
  • Every buyer that views a property with us will be followed up by phone on the next week day for their feedback. You will be provided with that feedback on the same day.
  • We review the performance of every property for sale or under offer with us twice a week and we normally communicate with every client at least once every ten days.
